Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all equipment rentals, home sleep studies and related services provided by VRHealthCare.
Services
VRHealthCare supplies, delivers, installs and services medical equipment on rent and arranges home sleep study tests. We are a service provider, not a substitute for medical advice; all clinical settings follow your doctor's prescription.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after our team speaks with you and confirms availability. Booking IDs generated online are for reference and tracking.
Deposits and payments
A refundable security deposit may apply to high-value equipment. Rentals are billed in advance for the agreed period; extensions are billed on actual usage. Accepted methods are cash, UPI, bank transfer and card.
Customer responsibilities
The equipment must be used as demonstrated, kept safe from damage, water and fire hazards, and returned in working condition. Loss or damage beyond normal wear is chargeable at repair or replacement cost.
Servicing and replacement
Faults reported during the rental period are repaired or replaced free of charge, usually the same day. Consumables such as masks, tubing, catheters and filters are chargeable.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the rental amount paid for the affected equipment. We are not liable for clinical outcomes arising from prescriptions issued by third-party physicians.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies.
