This page explains what information VRHealthCare collects when you book a service, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
When you submit a booking or enquiry we collect your name, phone numbers, email address, delivery address, PIN code, the service required, preferred date and time, referring doctor's name, any prescription you choose to upload and any notes you add.
How we use it
Your information is used only to confirm and fulfil your booking: contacting you, delivering and installing equipment, coordinating a home sleep study, servicing and pickup, and issuing invoices. We may send service updates by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Prescriptions and health data
Prescriptions and clinical details are treated as confidential. They are shared only with the technician and, for sleep studies, the reporting physician handling your case.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Information is shared only with our delivery and clinical partners as required to deliver the service, or where required by law.
Retention
Booking records and invoices are retained as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request deletion of non-statutory records at any time.
