Shipping & Delivery Policy
How and when equipment reaches your home, and what happens at the end of a rental.
Service area
We deliver to homes across our service network, 24×7. Distant locations may attract a distance-based transport charge, confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery timelines
Most orders confirmed during the day are delivered within 2–4 hours. Emergency oxygen requirements are prioritised, including at night.
Installation
Delivery includes assembly, installation, a working demonstration and training for the attendant. There is no separate installation fee.
Delivery charges
Delivery and pickup are free for rentals of one week or longer. Short rentals may attract a nominal logistics charge disclosed at booking.
Receiving the equipment
An adult must be present to receive, inspect and sign for the equipment. Please ensure access, a working power point and clear space for large items such as hospital beds.
Pickup and return
Inform us a day before your rental ends. Our team collects the equipment from your home at a slot convenient to you.
Delays
Weather, traffic restrictions and unforeseen events can delay delivery. We keep you updated by phone or WhatsApp until the equipment reaches you.
