Refund & Cancellation Policy
We keep cancellations and refunds simple and fair, because plans around a patient can change quickly.
Cancellation before delivery
Bookings cancelled before the equipment leaves our facility are cancelled free of charge with a full refund of any amount paid.
Cancellation after delivery
If equipment has been delivered and installed, a nominal delivery and installation charge applies; the balance is refunded.
Early return
For monthly rentals returned early, unused full weeks are refunded on a pro-rata basis after deducting the minimum rental period.
Security deposits
Refundable deposits are returned within 3–5 working days of pickup, after inspection of the equipment, via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Sleep study cancellations
Home sleep study bookings cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled setup are fully refundable. A no-show or last-minute cancellation after the technician has reached your address attracts a visit charge.
Faulty equipment
If equipment cannot be made to work at your home and no replacement is available, the entire amount for that item is refunded.
How to request
Call or WhatsApp us with your Booking ID. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of approval.
